Dear Potentia and Actualia:

It’s survey time! In my never-ending quest to advance my career, I’ve created a rather self-indulgent little multiple choice question concerning the label I ought to use to describe myself and what I do. Here it is:

1) Freelance Writer
2) Advertising Agent
3) Communicaterer
4) Idea Man
5) Independent Ad Maven
6) The Big Hack Attack
7) I couldn’t care less
8) Each is more inane than the last

But enough about me. What do you think I should call myself? Be sure to vote telephonically right away. Just leave a message on my machine, because you’ll never get me in person. Be the 23rd caller and win a genuine Loonie.

Stoically,

P.S. After much hand-wringing, conscience-searching and a nice nap, I’ve decided against plugging Harry Browne, the eminently qualified Libertarian Party Presidential candidate ( and let’s face it, the only genuine alternatinve to the Republicratic candidate, Clinton B. Dole). It’s simpy not appropriate to inject polictical invective into business communications.
